Distributed sensing

XW2000 sensing cables provide distributed leak detection and location over a wide range of areas. The cable is available in a variety of lengths to provide as much coverage as needed.

Design flexibility

XW2000 sensing cable can be supplied with factory-installed plastic connectors that plug together. The measuring circuit does not depend on the conductivity of the leaking liquid. Therefore, the same cable can detect various types of liquid without any special design consideration or calibration. The cable is designed for a range of applications, including semiconductor plant, factory, chemical room, storage areas, tanks, pipes and other places to monitor acid and alkali leakage. The cable is small, lightweight, and flexible, allowing easy installation. The smooth design allows for quick drying.

Advanced technology

The conductive-polymer technology and fluoropolymer construction make XW2000 sensing cable mechanically strong and resistant to corrosion and abrasion. The cable is constructed of two sensing wires, an alarm signal wire, and a continuity wire embedded in a fluoropolymer carrier rod. The alarm module constantly monitors the sensing cable for continuity. The rugged cable construction exposes no metal, and enables the cable to be reused even in corrosive environments.

Sensing cable should avoid contact with metal objects with the process of laying.
Sensing cable to keep dry and clean during laying.
Sensing cable in the docking process,please pay attention to the male and female connector pin holes gently insert sequence,then clockwise threaded locking ring can be(counter clockwise to unlock)
Sensing cable laying area should avoid electrostatic interference.
